Social Networks: Covering All Bases
When you know the game, you know what teams are playing when. To better position you to be informed and therefore enable you to be included in conversations about sport, we plan to feed you the details we think you should know. Here’s how...
Follow us on Twitter @Know_The_Game. Aligned to our workshop offering, we will let you know what major sporting events are happening around the country. We won’t be providing a running feed on scores – as there are plenty of providers out there who are already dedicated to doing this. We will, however, let you know the outcome of the major, national events so you are in the know.
‘Like’ us on facebook and you’ll not only know what is on when, but you will be able to participate in our weekly sports trivia question so you can learn more about the game. We will post links to articles of interest and let you know when our partnering sports associations have exciting new initiatives underway.
Join our LinkedIn group to receive a more limited flow of information. You’ll know when our workshops are running and we will post occasional articles of interest for your perusal.
Whether you choose to follow, like or join us through our social network avenues, we will keep you up-to-date as to when our workshops are running in your city, as well as any exciting new initiatives. With expanded AFL and rugby union competitions starting this year, the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, a new Big Bash Cricket League to be launched in the 2011-12 season and the introduction of several new sports to our offering it is, as they say, going to be a big year in sport. So, engage, learn, be included and know the game.
And, of course, if you have any ideas on how else we can help you to know the game we are interested in hearing from you. Drop us a line at ask@knowthegame.com.au
