Payment Methods

We accept credit card payment by Visa and MasterCard. The checkout and account areas of Know The Game are secured using SSL technology.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Know The Game reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program as required. Registration will be confirmed when full payment is received.

No refunds will be made in the two week period prior to the program commencing other than in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the organiser. Refunds are not issued for non-attendance, however substitute participants are welcomed provided written notification is forwarded to Know The Game at least seven days prior to the date of commencement.
